I’m a Vancouver-based 2D animator with a Bachelor of Media Arts the from Emily Carr University. Growing up watching Pixar and Dreamworks movies, and being the nerd I am, loved listening to the directors commentaries of my favourite films, this sparked a interest in animation that has only grown over the years. My focus as an animator is primarily character animation, greatly inspired by Cartoon Network shows Adventure Time, Infinity Train and Steven Universe for their character driven stories. I aim to capture the nuances of emotion with strong expressive characters, and make connections with audiences in a meaningful way. I also really enjoy designing adorable/funny little guys that burrow their way into your heart.

I am incredibly passionate about animation and the ways in which it makes storytelling possible! It’s a unique medium that lends itself to so much creativity, which draw interesting stories. I care about good story telling and want to help you make yours the best it can be. Character animation in particular is a key part of a character driven narrative. I love Character Animation, I like finding ways to make movement feel natural and tactile, bringing out nuanced qualities of character acting.
